Pros

Good training and support, people in the office friendly and helpful.

Cons

I got "0" leads that I would call customers even remotely interested. Most of the names that I got as "hot leads" seemed to have never heard of Bankers! Two days in the office every week cold calling until you got appointments. "Door knocking" expected daily on days out of the office.

Pros

good introduction into insurance field for people new to the industry. the agents are very nice and the flexable shedule is great.

Cons

Phone calls become very dreaded. intial training is good but very hard to take it to the next level for someone just starting out.
