      Bankers is unique, in my opinion, because it doesn't matter what your level of experience is, there is is still an opportunity here. I am living proof of this. I love what I do.

      You have to be willing to work. And that means putting in the hours to become established.

      Good money at first, helpful managers at first.

      Cons

      After you are there for 3 months they don't care to help, and expect you to know literally everything. Also there is no work life balance at all they expect you to be constantly working.
