Mismanagement at the top

Pros

The pay was okay for the job

Cons

Micromanagement and mismanagement. Obvious favoritism. Upper management willing to crush employees to submission if slightest hint of challenge. Nothing in this company happens unless five people at the top approve…literally nothing…

Pros

Most of the people are great

Cons

Negative/Cut-throat Culture: The work environment is highly competitive, often to the detriment of collaboration and team spirit. This can lead to stress and burnout among employees. Old Boys Club: There is a noticeable lack of diversity in leadership positions. This can make it difficult for fresh perspectives to be heard and valued. Lack of Diversity and Appreciation of LGBTQ+ Community: The company does not seem to prioritize diversity and inclusion, particularly when it comes to LGBTQ+ employees. There is a lack of support for these groups, which can create a feeling of exclusion. Poor Treatment of Employees: There is a general lack of appreciation for employees' hard work and dedication.
