***This response is strictly for BANNER CARDIOLOGY/PULMONOLOGY TUCSON,AZ- Tanque Verde Location. It seems that there is no real point of contact in HR to report a hostile and uncomfortable work environment. I have reached out with concerns to “HR” and it has gone unaddressed. The process makes you feel as though everyone is two faced and won’t help. Especially because it involves my current clinic manager. You feel alone. When the entire clinic office, front staff, MAs, RTs,Echo techs etc. (10+ staff) has planned to leave, has expressed the hostile concerns, has reached out to multiple higher ups about the uncomfortable,hostile work environment and all you get is silence and the “oh well it’s your problem “ type response, it makes coming to work very hard. Banner is amazing and Im hoping by posting this I can get pointed in the direction of who to contact so this issue can be addressed.
