Amazing staff, and excellent pay!

Pros

12 hour shifts, amazing pay, night staff makes great food for fellow staff, and overall I'd say it was the easiest CNA job I've ever had.

Cons

Every once in awhile one of the nearby prisons will have a fight or a riot and you'll have to care for an inmate which can be rather scary, but there's always a C.O. there and the inmate is usually cuffed to the bed.

Pros

Great co-workers, excellent reputation with patients.Good benefits and fair pay.

Cons

Financial strains have caused major reorganization. Very little communication with employees and employees feel devalued in the process. No real emphasis on employee engagement. Whole emphasis is on patient experience while employees feel wounded and victimized.
