      Great staff nurses, team environment.

      Cons

      Managment doesn't care. Staffing ratios are unsafe. Banner as a company does not invest in your wellbeing, despite what they "offer".

      Pros

      The relationship between me and fellow co workers has always been a great one. The pay is also good for what you generally see as far as compensation goes in the security field.

      Cons

      Upper management that is unwilling to give the department what is needed to get the job done. Have had several officers leave during my time with the company and upper management chose to never fill the vacancies.

      Pros

      Salary is competitive or better. Medical benefits are very good. Up to 4% match on 401k. PTO accrual is competitive. Many locations.

      Cons

      Administration, and mid level management is horrible. In my clinic management has changed 8 times in 6 years. Doctors leave company too frequently. Staff turnover at my clinic is in line with the management retention problem. Clinic supervisors and managers are under qualified and often from various backgrounds, yet are in put charge of licensed career professionals.
