      Don't value experienced Nurses only care about the bottom line.

      Pros

      Co workers attitude too adversity, being over worked and underpayed in an environment with minimal resources

      Cons

      Senior Nurses with upto 30 years experience, with knowledge and skills have left in droves due to poor pay and deteriating benefits. Senior Finance Executives hold the power and make Scrooge look extravagant. The Senior Nurse CNO quit recently and the downward spiral of quality declines everyday.
