A Focus on the Negative

Business Outlook

Pros

Non-profit organization, so a lot is placed into educating employees. Good mission statement that most of the employees live by.

Cons

Management focuses on the negative, and it becomes very discouraging to come in to work every day. Compensation is not very high. Everything is focused on money, and how the hospital can make more. It's nearly impossible to get a good raise, as an employee, though. Low morale, and low retention.
