Management was only concerned with money and not patient or employees. no focus on retention and having engaged employees. I got paid on the lower end of the spectrum for my job in radiology. got a big raise when i left. The worst part of working there was the constant cheer leading by management that Banner Health was such a great company, just because you say it doesnt make it true.
