      Pros

      I do have a fantastic boss, I'm in a area that is wonderful to work for. Everyone helps each other out and seems to get along pretty good.

      Cons

      Some departments need to have a better management staff. If the people you're hiring are not doing a good job or are not sure what they are supposed to be doing....get someone who knows what they are doing to train them so they are not being set up to fail.
