Pros
Opportunity is offered to anyone applying. Most entry level positions are easy to get interviews for if you are willing to wait out the process. They do offer contract work through Banner Staffing Services if you aren't looking for permanent work. The work ethics of Banner Health are great and they are certainly striving for Excellence everyday.
Cons
If you do not hold a degree of any kind, moving up in the chain will rarely happen. Most instances requiring "knowing someone" in order to move up inter-department or transferring to another position.
