Pros
Great entry level position, especially for someone new to the area, and looking to get local experience. People were friendly.
Cons
Full-time salary was considerably less than temp/registry salary. In addition, have to pay a large amount out of pocket for benefits even though they sell it as their "total package". Management really not present, and mostly always concerned with how much money we were collecting from patients. Was told collections were always below average even though we consistently collected above and beyond. Very little room for advancement - you have to be part of the "inner circle" to get ahead.
