      People who work there are very nice and helpful. Alot of teamwork. Fun at times. Good benefits. Good food and cafeteria.

      Cons

      Can be very stressful in the winter when it's very busy and not enough employees are scheduled to work then.

      Pros

      The cytology department is great. Everyone is easy to get along with, works hard and pitches in to get the job done efficiently and effectively. As a cytotech you have a great deal of responsibility to give adequacies in many departments throughout the hospital. There is a lot of interaction with pathologist and other physicians.

      Cons

      Ugly scrubs are being forced upon us and a new less family friendly time keeping system has recently been installed.
