      Pros

      Banner Health overall is a great place to work for. They have great Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. Management is very approachable. I think highly of my manager in particular. Since it is such a large company, your job feels secure and there is always room to move up the career ladder.

      Cons

      Banner Health has a strong corporate mentality. If you are one minute late (six minutes past the clock-in time) you are considered tardy. I have seen quite a few people fired for being tardy too many times. You are also not rewarded for how hard you work, only that you keep your errors low.

      It's a job and you get a paycheck.

      Cons

      Management is unsupportive and oblivious. Pay is not competitive and raises are revoked due to "economy", meanwhile they are purchasing new facilities and remodeling everywhere. Hide behind "magnet" designation when in actuality they do not maintain a positive shared leadership relationship.
