      Pleasant work environment Not high stress Good work life balance Management that is proactive and listens to employees

      Indated systems Slow road to upward mobility if your manager likes the quality of work that you produce. Banner is always looking to make cuts and reduce costs, sometimes it happens to be on the back of employees. For example: their mileage reimbursement is below IRS guidelines, no health insurance or holiday pay is offered to full-time employees recruited through their staffing service.
