I've never been so miserable at a job.

Pros

The pay is decent. Many of the people are very nice, but it depends what department you're working in.

Cons

There is a 6 month probationary period in which zero reason is needed to let you go. I was basically hired on full time, performed a huge transition piece for program management, then was released after the transition was completed. I was told it was a permanent position and was given no reason as to why I was let go. The only way you'll be safe is to make it past the 6 month mark.

Pros

Baner seems to keep up with salary compensation They have a nice mission and vision statement

Cons

It seems that the mission and vision statements are simply that Banner Health shows little respect for their employees

Pros

Good coworkers, OK benefits, Acceptable pay, telecommuting

Cons

compensation not up to snuff, heavy heavy corporate politics. Leaders operate in silos to protect themselves from CSO. If you become known as the go-to person you will continually be barraged with questions. The job is thankless. Make more money doing consulting.
