The management does not respect the opinions of its employees. When I worked there I was not supported by the management. I worked as a Hospital Unit Coordinator and if I wanted to take a lunch break there was no one to cover my position. That meant call lights went unanswered and phone calls did not always get picked up. All work piled up at my desk until I came back,
