      Pros

      Pay is pretty good compared to other comparable jobs.

      Cons

      Management is terrible! They tell you that they have an "open door" policy, but when you come to them with problems, it reflects on you. They will write you up for anything - especially if a co-worker doesn't like you. Management plays favorites (especially in Human Resources). They will allow one person to harass the whole department with no retribution. Morale is very low. They want you to shut up and not complain and just be happy you have a job. No matter what I did, I could never make my director happy! After 4 plus years, I walked out. How sad is it to have to work in this kind of environment! No more!!

      Telecommute options, no real pressure.

      Cons

      Uneducated management, favortism, incompetent management and some incomptenet workers. Your value and review is based totally on people skills on not on IT technical skills. If you stink at what you do, but can play the game, then you are in.
