      Banner doesn't hold employees to a high standard and enforce accountability, pay and incentives aren't there.

      -flexible schedule -good amount of PTO

      Cons

      -no raises & poor pay(other nearby hospitals are still getting raises!) -no retirement! (other nearby hospitals pay retirement plus contribute to 401K) -no accountability which goes back to management -overworked & understaffed -'behind times' as far as equipment & procedures performed -poor communication -poor benefits, education, ect.. -Employees are not happy and all want to leave

      transferring internally is very challenging supervisors are not very skilled not very good opportunities for staff career education or advancement

      Pros

      Nice people to work with. Good salary for the amount of work that is necessary. More than willing to work with your schedule

      Cons

      If you aren't medical, you will be treated that way. Meaning: most likely you won't receive tuition reimbursement, your career can only go so far, and if you upset the wrong doctor you are gone.
