      understaffed, old facilities, very focused on bottom line, expensive benefits if part time

      Involved workplace, mediocre pay

      Pros

      Teamwork was important and valued. Your manager might not have you, but your coworkers do. Administration was VERY involved and friendly. The CEO of the hospital knew a lot of people by name.

      Cons

      Pay is mediocre. Direct management is iffy at best.

      Hugely understaffed. Management does not care about employees at all.
