      Pros

      The have great benefits, and provide plenty of opportunities for overtime. Training is helpful if a bit redundant sometimes.

      Cons

      The staffing matrex is not managed well and everyone is overwhelmed by their patient loads at times.

      Stable work for low pay and now opportunities for advancement

      Very few opportunities for advancement. Entrenched management with tight budgets do not create educational or job shadowing prospects.
