A lot of room for improvement

Pros

Flexibility to design your own day, not a lot of micromanaging from my specific manager, nice co-workers, sense of community amongst the team.

Cons

Stressful, overworked, high caseload, no real incentives, some doctors are disrespectful, upper management cares more about discharging patients quickly rather than safely, working weekends and holidays.
