Pros

Many possibilities for specialties and locations in the Phoenix metro area.

Cons

Management is terrible. HR does not support employees and turns the other way when many complaints arise covering the whole thing up, which is the main reason for the high turnover. People get terminated for not having sick time and have no choice but to call off work due to their child having a 103F fever for 2 days and being a single mom.
