      consider facility closure on holidays if you work at a clinic as you need to use your PTO bank to get paid.

      Decent company to work

      Pros

      If you put in the effort, you can grow. There are opportunities. They are transitioning to cloud too. Trying to make a lot of outsourced vendor functionalities inhouse. I am completely remote, have been for the past 5 years. Amazing work life balance. I am pretty cozy and comfortable.

      Cons

      It's a nonprofit. You do have the satisfaction of making a difference, but at the cost of lesser pay. It doesn't have great bonus program. But that heavily depends on your team and how much budget they have for the year. There's only a 2% to 5% increase in salary depending on your rating.
