Pros

Scheduling is flexible if you are working per diem.

Cons

Completing required education modules and getting paid for it is more difficult as a per diem staff than if you were a regular staff.

Shift and weekend pay incentive

Cons

Mri leadership at the main campus is not a good example of decent leadership. Extremely rude with co workers not professional, does not represent Banner’s core values. More importantly this company is not for patients that need care . Unfortunately money and numbers are the top priority .Not the sick or your family or the employees. Truly sad . I would never go to there for imaging or surgery or anything that needed medical attention . Im on my way out the door , my choice , i will never look back again . Grateful that i can now work at a respectable hospital with very good leadership and knowledge . Moving forward i can feel proud in my decision to work at a respectable hospital that truly cares about the community and their employees and all the patients .
