Great co-workers and some management.

Cons

Upper management is disorganized and at times appears confused. Policies are unrealistic and is partly to blame for repeated turnover of staff.

Pros

Large company, so many job opportunities. Since they have expanded, you can apply for jobs across state lines. Many good employees.

Cons

Employees are treated like a number. They do not seem to value employees and could care less about employee opinions.

decent salary & hours, if only the obvious favoritism didn't exist

Cons

there is a lot of discrimination and favoritism going on at Corp Center in Greeley Colorado which is sad and directors will not speak with a supervisor about a complaint against that supervisor unless they disclose your name--you know what happens then, a way will be found to let you go. They also will not train you for a job (example: equipment sterilization) nor will they assist you in obtaining that training
