      None unfortunately. It has been a disappointment.

      I came to Banner University Medicine thinking it was going to be similar to other academic medical centers I worked at but quickly realized my section is managed like a private practice, where the 'owner' (section head) uses all resources to better their work life while the rest of us have to live with the crumbs left for us. All lower level employees are treated as servants by the section head. Peers treated like an inconvenience to the point of verbal admonishment. Resources promised to do my job have been inconsistent from the start. Minimal reduction in workload expectation even if I have no resources or support. No protected research time. ARCs have been a joke. Disappointment does not even start describing my experience at Banner University Medicine.
