      Pros

      I love that Banner has a good reputation in my community. Nursing staff and respiratory staff work side by side to help our patients, AS A TEAM.

      Cons

      Physicians can talk down to you. C-suite has a tendency to make changes that get them bonuses but hinder the staff from providing quality patient care
