35 hour week. Flex hours. Bagels weekly. Good salary. Pleasant (but loud open-concept) offices.

Cons

Exec Director and HR are jokes - your job depends on if they like you. "If you don't like it, there's the door" mentality (actually said out loud) - makes you warm and fuzzy. Gossipy/dangerous staff that management is aware of and does nothing about. Unfriendly partners. Toxic work environment. Very little training.
