The Department I worked in was great. Everyone friendly and willing to train/help out when needed

Cons

Very sperated. I didnt feel like a part of the firm. We sat far from everyone else and felt more like a visitor then an employee at the office.

The hours are awesome, only 7-hour days. Casual dress code. Salary is decent for the industry

Cons

Manager like to micro-manage and give very little feedback until it's too late. Management is based in Chicago so they try to run D.C. from afar and it doesn't work well.
