Free breakfast every week Free desert every month Employee appreciation week gifts all week long Yearly raises, yearly bonus for Christmas

Cons

Management isn’t the best, but it’s getting there. Improvements have been made recently. Some managers arn’t great at getting things done but it’s okay.
