- Support never matched the level of precision demanded. - Work moved at a relentless pace, priorities shifted without warning and guidance arrived late or contradicted itself. - Questions were ignored until problems until problems escalated and became harder to fix. - Being expected to maintain perfect accuracy without real support created constant frustration and grinding strain.
