People generally seemed bought in to the firm's ideas and missions.

Cons

The legal staff had rules that belonged in a middle school classroom. No headphones at your desk, no food at your desk, don't use your phone at your desk. Hovering managers whether by phone or otherwise. Just not a fun place to work.
