      Pros

      Bagels on Monday (used to.....), allowed remote work. Other attorneys (non-partners) for the most part were good people with good work ethic..

      Cons

      Senior partners - on the other hand were not. Learned that to criticize any of them was the kiss of death. Very cliquish. One of the major partners of DC office had history of sexual and age discrimination - and no one could touch him. Stay away from this place at all costs.

      Overall nice people, free Wednesday Breakfast, benefits are good

      Low pay, over bearing management, they don’t care about turnover, little room for growth

      Pros

      Banner & Witcoff is a great place to work as an attorney/patent agent because they have big firm resources with a smaller firm culture. Super smart people there, too. The flexible culture means there's room for go-getters, workhorses, and project manager types alike.

      Cons

      They don't suffer fools. Like any firm culture, sub-par work producers eventually get pushed out. Lots of work is with a small number of clients, so sometimes you can get stuck working for one client for a long period of time with little variety
