This is an extroverted environment, also very cliquish. If you are an introvert, you automatically don’t fit in with the “clique” and they let you know. Many people who work here are extroverted to the max, pretty much obnoxious and in your face. Not everyone is equipped to deal with that. Just because some people are more introverted doesn’t mean you have to signal them out more, put them on the spotlight more(like seriously don’t do that) and even cast them out. Also work/life balance could be improved upon because you get penalized for sick days. I understand it’s a hospital, but coming in with an illness and spreading it around is not a good idea.

Micromanaged down to the minute. Management doesn't support their employees and looks for reasons to throw us under the bus. Team leads have positions they aren't qualified for because they're friends with the manager. No communication and very disorganized. If you email your supervisor with a question, you never get a response. Many employees are scared to email their manager because of her attitude. HR doesn't listen when people have problems
