Pros

Most co-workers are great; they are willing to communicate, obtain, and share information. As new information or updates are received, they share with others.

Cons

Poor communication from management to staff. Insurance contract updates or requirements are not discussed and we are directed to review and/ or print contract then left to figure out ourselves. New employees receive "on the job" training by co-worker/s. Without the aid of a P&P manual or a training manual no one knows if the employee has been given a chance to succeed.

Pros

the majority of the people that i work with are friendly and helpful. work together as a team. competent staff

Cons

expected to work under tighter restrictions than any other department within the hospital system ( do more with less) even compared to other RT depts within the same city we have a smaller budget than smaller hospitals do.
