the majority of the people that i work with are friendly and helpful. work together as a team. competent staff

Cons

expected to work under tighter restrictions than any other department within the hospital system ( do more with less) even compared to other RT depts within the same city we have a smaller budget than smaller hospitals do.

great team work on unit, Pts there are in need of care and the team truly gives 110% at all times

Cons

No stability, staffing is inconsistant, no support for us as a Psych Unit from Administrators, backlash from other units
