      Pros

      Great environment the process was easy and they were very attentive, eager about the process, and they were there if we had any questions. Great people and seem to care for what they were doing rather than going through it to get by. Application process was great it was easy and quick!

      Pros

      Great benefits like PTO and insurance.

      Cons

      Pay and raises are laughable. No bonuses at all. Very difficult to advance. Leadership is only concerned with making themselves look good to the public at the expense of their employees. Absolutely asinine policies regarding attendance. Mostly outdated equipment and procedures for office staff. Prominent nurses and clinical staff get their way in every circumstance.

      Pros

      Benefits are slightly above average and they do pay on time. There is plenty of work to do but you will not get any support from management unless you play the political game.

      Cons

      Politics dominates this organization..... period. Trust me I'm not bitter or angry in the least. Job promotions and management selections are based by politics only not based on the works of the individual. It's a good place to get started after college then leave his place for better opportunities. Contract employees now dominate the majority of the labor pool at Baptist.
