The organization has taken a bad turn in the past 6 months. Despite making plenty of profit (remember, this is a non-profit organization), there has been a dramatic decrease in staffing, and the company is cutting benefits left and right -- no more tuition reimbursement for new hires, no more specialty certification reimbursement, no more preceptor pay, and the list goes on and on. Meanwhile, Baptist is spending millions of dollars on new equipment -- cardiac monitors are being replaced in areas where they work perfectly fine now, new iPhones are being issued to nursing staff to replace an already-working companion phone system. If Baptist doesn't have the money to pay the staff, where are these millions coming from for unnecessary technology.

RBO under Beverly Fish is a Joke ! She is an idiot . Treats people like children - goes on and on about telling on one another . Walking around showing everyone her dog pictures on her cell phone . What about HIPPA rules ? All the drama and backstabbing scheming with management . Don’t trust her or the other management . It’s like a Jail and an elementary school. When weather is bad and sirens go off we can’t take cover until the “Wardens” check the weather to se how close tornados are . What !!!! They call themselves the wardens like a prison . I am a grown person and nobody likes to be micromanaged like this ! Horrible atmosphere and moral ! Everyone wants to move to floor 14 or 15 because of her . She is so jacked up on adderall it’s a joke !!
