      ~A lot of Favoritism from AVPs and Management ~Difficult to get promoted due to Favoritism ~Extremely high call volumes due to being improperly staffed ~Under paid

      Pros

      With work at home, you get the benefit of not having to drive to work. I like working with my dog.

      Cons

      Upper management has NO concern/care for lower level employees. They say they care about the customer, but they don't. Micro managed, almost to the second. Don't talk too long or too short, don't go into after call, don't go over your break by a minute, all things to get you on a report. Company has gone from almost 500 people, to just over 100. It won't be there too much longer.

      Great benefits. 401k 6% match. 16 paid maternity leave after 1 year. 3 weeks vacation paid. Very affordable healthcare, dental, vision.

      Cons

      Lack of pay and pay increases are little to nothing that only happen once a year. Hard to move up.
