Pros

The entire Bargain Storage company and owners have a pleasant, positive attitude on everything from employee satisfaction to customer satisfaction . Always willing to back you up, always available to help anytime, and want the best for their employees. They are constantly striving to make sure their customers have a pleasant experience. Bargain Storage is a clean running machine!

Cons

Living on site as a manager makes it hard to "get away".

Pros

The companies core values are awesome as they benefit the employee as well as the customer, which makes for a good working environment.

Cons

The company is still what I consider a new and definitely up-and-coming company, so those who are not good with change or developing policies and procedures, this is not for you. I happen to enjoy working with a company that is constantly growing and expanding and always trying to better itself.

Pros

Coming from Corporate America Bargain Storage is a nice change pace where I am not treated as a number. Bargain Storage recognizes hard work. I work independently but have team comraderie.

Cons

As a property manager I am on call and carry an after hours emergency phone.
