Entry Level (Not what I was expecting -- ask lots of questions and get "it" in writing!)
Pros
-Let's be fair -- they pay decently, seem to have a flexible time off policy, and I regularly get out of work on time. -It's a good entry-level tactical HR position for those just learning about HR and enjoy lots of data entry.
Cons
-The benefits are practically non-existant. (Even the ones discussed during the interview are "not available" until as early as 90 days out (health)... some not until after a year of service (401k).) -It's a small office with zero team work... I can't get over how often people squabble, toss each other under the bus, and regularly "dump" work they don't want to do on to others. -Job descriptions don't mean much. It doesn't really matter what it says, you'll be doing whatever gets pushed on to your plate. -There do not seem to be too many corporate resources.
