No proper training, horrible supervisor ("Business Partner"). Totally has no clue how to do the job, micromanages team, is arrogant and clients cannot stand his condescending way of communicating. Thinks he knows it all but only regurgitates the team's ideas and takes credit for them. Don't know how he is still employed there with all sorts of issues dropping the ball, client turn-over, employee turn-over, creating liability, etc...Only explanation is this place is a boys club from the top down.

I would like to share my experience with BBSI, where I unfortunately encountered a toxic corporate culture. During my time there, I experienced numerous microaggressions and was treated very poorly, which ultimately led to my decision to quit. Sadly, other colleagues who faced similar mistreatment were not as fortunate; when they tried to speak up about their experiences, they were subsequently fired. The environment at BBSI was hostile and unwelcoming, which made it difficult to feel valued or respected as an employee. I hope this review helps others to be aware of the challenges that may arise in such a work environment.
