For me, BBSI is one of the best places to work! I am starting my 4th year and truly enjoy going to work every day! I work with a diverse group of Business Owners who are faced with multiple challenges every day. The team and I have the ability to impact their business everyday and create some predictability for the Business Owner! When you see an Owner realize there is a different way to do things and how much they appreciate your guidance, it truly is humbling! You have the ability to transform lives! Personally, I have had tremendous growth through leadership development since I have been here. If you are a self-starter, motivated, take complete ownership, a problem solver and do not have to be managed, BBSI is a great place to work and grow professionally and personally. BBSI is also one of the most forgiving companies I have ever been with about making a mistake! They will look at it as a learning opportunity but also YOU are responsible for cleaning it up and ultimately increasing the trust of your work colleague or client!
Cons
If you need to be managed, told what to do every day, prefer a regular work routine without any changes, prefer not to be challenged, and want to leave at 5 pm everyday, BBSI would not be a fit for you! The culture of the organization is not for everyone but to me it is awesome!
