Everything! The company is in denial about who they are and how they are viewed by their partners. Leaders are clueless.

I’ve never worked in a company where time off doesn’t begin until after a year on the job. Benefits are poor. But those are the least of the problems. Managers are liars and incompetent and will throw you under the bus. They keep their friends. Talk about nepotism, they’re the most unprofessional employer I’ve ever worked for. The dog and pony show meetings are lame. Any positive review must be plants. There’s very little good to speak of with this horrible business model with egotistical leadership.
