Pros

Great company benefits. Impressive quarterly bonuses and great people to work with. Flexible hours and non Micro manage atmosphere. If you have a big ego this company is not for you.

Cons

Communication could improve in my opinion from Corporate to the branches. Some ego's get in the way of some people, but I have seen improvement and people working in bettering themselves.
