No advancement opportunities, no raises, do not pay the IRS mileage rate, Only have support retreats and training for Area Managers and Business Partners, archaic technology, payroll system is not up to par, reporting is non-existence, preach client advocacy but does not practice it, inexperienced Area Managers, does not practice the recommendations that we are expected to help clients with

A career for the self starters in the world!

This is a work environment that encourages and rewards self starters. Each branch is run not unlike a franchise; your team's performance is directly reflected on the bottom line of the Branch's P&L which then translates to profit sharing potential. I have read all the negative posts before me and I will tell you these were predominately individuals who need constant supervision and a different environment. It doesn't make them bad people, just the wrong fit for this organization. If you're smart & talented, like a challenge, autonomy and are a self starter, then I highly recommend you consider a career with BBSI.
