The PTO but they defer you from taking it.

Cons

Management is absolutely horrible. Extremely toxic, back stabbing, and you feel like you can't do anything right. Everyone talks about each other behind their backs ESPECIALLY upper management in the "suite". They also expect you to be able to do 10 jobs at once. I would not recommend working here.
