      Barry University is rooted in its mission and practices this through all aspects of the institution. The environment and atmosphere are supportive and a strong community. Although compensation is on the lower end as a private institution, benefits are robust and highly competitive, work-life balance is important to the institution, and the University fosters a culture of community, diversity, and advocacy.
