      A once beautiful place is slowly deteriorating

      Pros

      The benefits are above average and many of the employees are hnest, hard-working family folks who enjoy the cullture of the past leadership.

      Cons

      President is not a good leader for the educational environment. Too many ourside consultants. Poor pay scale. Serious lack of transparency.
